At Livannto Piergitar, care guides everything we do. Each pair is made by hand to order, which means little waste and a responsible use of materials. Unlike mass-produced footwear, our artisans begin the moment an order is placed, cutting, stitching, and assembling your pair with meticulous attention.

Cancellations

Because work on each pair begins as soon as the order is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Materials are allocated and production starts immediately, which keeps our work efficient and avoids unnecessary waste.

Order modifications

We understand that circumstances change. Small adjustments, such as size, may be possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at contact@livannto.com as soon as you can to request any change within that window.

Quality assurance and returns

Every pair is inspected carefully before it is dispatched. If anything seems wrong when your pair arrives, contact us and consult our Returns and Exchanges policy for guidance on the options available to you.
