What our guarantee covers

Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults in workmanship that appear under normal use. Should a covered defect arise, we will assess it and arrange a repair, a remake, or a replacement, at our discretion, so that you can go on enjoying your pair.

Our commitment to care

Service does not end with the purchase. Our team is here for guidance on care, options for restoration, and swift resolution when a genuine fault appears. Every case is handled personally, with no bots and no scripts.

Exclusions

Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, creasing, patina, or sole abrasion from use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to water, staining, or improper storage. And it does not cover problems arising from repairs, alterations, or third-party products not made by Livannto.
